    hello=] thx for posting things abt twitter,but I wanna ask: if I reply(@XXX) someone who didn’t follow me,can they see my reply? also,how can I find out their e-mail through tweeter? thanks<3

    Yes. reply(@XXX) may be interpreted as “mentions”.
    I don’t think u can find out their e-mail unless they allow in their profiles. u may DM instead of sending e-mails.
